I found it that the session was too long personally for a new area. There was an information overload for me anyway. I think the first half of the training would have sufficed for one day & then come back a few weeks later for the second half. I think we could have had a coffee break as the room was quite stuffy & I was really flagging finding it hard to concentrate for the last half hour!
